Passion is the fuel that ignites the unique sparks in our hearts and drives the spirit in our souls.
Our inner spirit needs guidance and an inspiring road to pursue. It needs an intention with a clear meaning to provide a path for our energy, enthusiasm and vitality to be creatively expressed in ways that can make a positive difference in the world.
Many of us live every day focused on what we have achieved versus what we think we are supposed to have accomplished. This creates anticipatory anxiety, a powerful tension, a pressure focused on a perceived human gap we need to fill. This gap is a dominant belief we tell ourselves about where we are and where we are supposed to be.
Those of us who live with ADHD will never fulfill this perceived gap by focusing on tasks and goals which are boring, mundane or mandated. We have to identify the passion which activates our brains and align it with a sustainable purpose, imbued with meaning. By focusing our attention on what naturally ignites the sparks in our hearts with an important, objective purpose in our heads, we will create a clear path of purpose to guide our passion towards a heartfelt target.
Purpose aligned with the soul's fuel of passion can inspire you to pursue and transform your imagined gap of barely surviving the daily grind of problems, turbulence and pessimism into a new reality of thriving with possibilities, peace and positivity within us to achieve a fulfilling mission.
Attention is ignited in the ADHD brain when the human being behind the brain has created a clear picture of purposeful passion imbued with meaning.
The pursuit of something beyond the individual, and focused on a connection to the universe of something that is not about them and is focused on us, a place of becoming their true selves, a place that takes them where they are and will move them to a place they want to become.
He/she now has the arrow in the bow of their attention ready to be shot into the air knowing that its internal radar is guided to hot the passionate the bulls eye of their target .
