Most professions encourage or require some form of internship or mentoring for new trainees, and with that concept in mind, ADDCA strongly encourages each trainee to work with a mentor coach to assist in your professional development as a coach.
It’s extremely useful to experience coaching yourself to help you appreciate the value of coaching. Great coaches have their own coaches.
