Elizabeth Vieira-Richard, MCC, MCAC, provides Executive and ADHD coaching and consulting in the areas of leadership; management; business and strategic planning; performance; and change and human potential. She is a catalyst and facilitator of change, and is recognized as an international intercultural Master Executive Coach, ADHD Coach, and Mentor Coach.
 
Elizabeth is also a Certified Corporate Trainer and Facilitator, and an Adult Educator. She has taught Business, Management, Human Resources, and Labour Relations programs at the College level. She is qualified to deliver and interpret psychological assessment tools, tests, and programs.

In 1994, Elizabeth worked in management leadership positions with Fortune 100 companies in South and North America.

She studied Business Administration (Marketing Major) and Human Resources Management at York University, and Adult Education and Development at St. Francis Xavier University. She completed her undergraduate and graduate coaching education and accreditation at The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), Coach U, Optimal Functioning Institute, ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), and the InterDevelopMental Institute (IDM). She has a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) designation from CTI, a Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation from the International Coach Federation (ICF), and a Master Certified Developmental Coach (MCDC) designation from IDM.
 
Elizabeth is a PCC/MCC Credentialing Assessor with the International Coach Federation for the past eight years, and became a Faculty member of ADD Coach Academy in 2012. Elizabeth’s past roles with ICF include: Chair and Vice-Chair of the ICF Ethics Independent Review Board (IRB), and President of the ICF Global Virtual Community.

Elizabeth volunteers as a mentor and coach for female entrepreneurs and business owners, coaches, and Human Resources professionals. She is a mentor, Big Sister, and past Board Member with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Prince George; and a current Board Member with the Prince George Hospice Society. Elizabeth is a Board Member and Credentialing Chair with the international Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC).
