Hope Langner, MS, MCC, CPCC is a seasoned trainer, manager and master coach. Her intuition, creativity and laser-sharp clarity inspire her clients and students. Hope is an expert in the arena of personal growth as a path to organizational change, and she brings to her work a breadth of experience in culture change within organizations.

Executive and Leadership Coach and Trainer
As an Executive and Leadership Coach and Trainer, Hope offers individually tailored coaching as well as custom-designed workshops on such topics as leadership development, coaching, team building, communication skills, culture change in organizations, and giving and receiving feedback.

She also trains business leaders and professionals in other fields who wish to add coaching skills or a "coach approach" to their repertoire. She has maintained an active practice of individual coaching clients since 1997.

Experience Training Coaches
Since 1999, Hope has trained hundreds of coaches worldwide. She is a senior faculty member of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and CTI's Faculty Supervisor, responsible for the highly regarded supervision component of CTI's Certification Program, including the training and supervision of all supervisors and assessors.

Hope has trained coaches in advanced coaching and supervision skills across many languages and cultures, including French, German, Hebrew, Japanese, Norwegian, Spanish and Turkish. Her expertise in discerning and teaching coaching skills is consistent across cultural and language differences.

Education and Certification

Hope earned the Master Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation in 2001. She is certified as a Co-Active Professional Coach by CTI. She received her B.A. and M.S. degrees from the University at Albany in Albany, NY. She is also trained in Psychodrama, Bioenergetics, Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching, and the Beauty Way.
