Jeff Copper, MBA, PCAC, PCC, is an ADHD and attention coach. He is also the founder of Attention Talk Network (consisting of Attention Talk Radio, Attention Talk Video, and Attention Talk News), which is a narrowcast Internet-based media channel whose mission is to bring relevant information to those impacted by ADHD.

Jeff Copper is a professional certified ADHD coach by the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC) and Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaches Federation (ICF). Jeff was trained at the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) and the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). In addition to his formal training, Jeff has a wealth of knowledge from conducting over 300 interviews with ADHD experts on a variety of topics via his media channels. He is a frequent speaker at national conferences, telesummits, and international webinars.

As an attention coach, Jeff encourages others to realize their own potential by helping them to overcome issues such as information overload, chronic disorganization, ADHD and ADD symptoms, time management problems, attention deficit disorder impulsivity, and other conditions that may hinder one‘s advancement. As someone who has had to learn to manage attention and deal with his own challenges, Jeff’s mission is to help those impacted by ADHD to understand themselves and how their minds work.

Jeff currently serves on the professional advisory board for the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC) and was formerly a charter board member. He also serves on the editorial committee for Attention magazine of Children and Adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (CHADD).

Jeff is a professional member of the ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO), the Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA), Children and Adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (CHADD), and the International Coaches Federation (ICF).

Jeff lives in Tampa, Florida, with his wife and their two sons.
