ADDCA graduate Angela Velasco, AAC recently presented at a TEDx event where she spoke about being the mom of 2 ADHD children.
This talk was given at TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
"Being a mom is not easy. And having 2 children diagnosed with ADHD, each with a different predominance, makes it a greater challenge. This talk is about what it is like to be a mother in this world that judges and doesn't understand. It is the personal experience of Angela, as a mother and as a woman."
