Bethany Febus is a certified graduate of the ADD Coach Academy, including theFundamentals of ADHD Coaching for Families Program.

Bethany coaches from the context of her own deeply personal experience with ADHD, which provides her the passion to support individuals, of any age, through the process of understanding the way their own unique brain works.

Bethany’s work with adults includes those newly diagnosed, creatives, entrepreneurs, stay-at-home parents, and people in job and life transitions. 

When working with families Bethany supports her clients to:

  • Learn to recognize and manage their own regulatory systems with confidence.  This includes understanding and managing their attention, emotions, activity, and impulsivity. 
  • Build executive function skills that support all areas of life including planning prioritizing, organization, and time management; all working toward increased independence.
  • Co-creates tools and support systems with students that feel manageable to reach their academic goals.
  • Develop social skills through a self-awareness, perspective taking, role play and simulation.

Bethany works with the whole family to better understand the individual with ADHD and/or executive function challenges and to develop a system of support for achieving the whole family's goals.

Bethany has worked with schools to help train educators in best practices when working with students with Executive Function challenges and ADHD.

Bethany co-facilitates an ADDA Support Group with a focus on building Adult Social Skills. 

Bethany is a member of the following organizations:

  • Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (CHADD)
  • International Coaching Federation (ICF)
  • ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO)

With a BA in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Washington, Bethany brings a deep appreciation of cultural competency and diversity to her practice. She lives in Seattle, Washington with her husband, two neurodiverse teenage children, and Australian shepherd puppy.
