Usage of ADDCA Logo
Only individuals who have obtained certification as either an ADDCA Advanced Certified Coach (ACCG) or an ADDCA Associate Certified Coach (AACC) are permitted to use the ADDCA logo. Unauthorized use of the ADDCA logo is strictly prohibited. Certified coaches must adhere to the following guidelines when displaying the logo:
- Proper Certification: Only ACCG and AACC certified coaches may use the ADDCA logo.
- Professional Representation: The logo must be used in a manner that upholds the professionalism and integrity of ADDCA.
- Approved Materials: The logo may be used on business cards, websites, marketing materials, and other professional documentation, provided it is directly related to the certified coach's coaching practice.
- Modification Prohibited: The logo must not be altered, resized disproportionately, or modified in any way.
- Revocation of Rights: ADDCA reserves the right to revoke the usage rights of the logo if it is misused or if the certification status of the coach changes.
ADDCA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or modify permission to display the logo and may request that third parties modify or delete any use of the logo that, in ADDCA's sole judgment, does not comply with these guidelines or might otherwise impair ADDCA's rights to the logo.
ADDCA further reserves the right to object to unfair uses or misuses of its trademarks or other violations of applicable law, and legal action may be taken against those who violate these rules.
If you are unsure whether your use complies with these guidelines, please contact ADDCA at info@addca.com.
By using the ADDCA logo, certified coaches agree to these terms and acknowledge that any misuse of the logo may result in disciplinary action, including the potential revocation of certification.
