Client Testimonial

“I signed up to work with Aja thinking that I had to improve my focus in order to achieve my goals, and over time, I came away with a better understanding that I needed to prioritize my health, rest, and joy in order to achieve the progress I was working toward.”
- F. B.

My experience discovering my neurodivergence at age 40, after coaching around goals, career, and accountability for several years, has fueled my passion for supporting other ambitious neurodivergent and multipassionate adults. So many of us experience recurring challenges with perfectionism, burnout, energy, and general overwhelm. As a coach, I work towards helping my clients feel more empowered in all areas of their lives through collaborative partnership and utilizing a holistic, strength-based approach to building sustainable systems and broader mindsets. We focus on what they want more of in their lives, what aligns with their values, and what makes them come alive. By continuing to tap into those joyful, fulfilling spaces, they find more purpose, more satisfaction, resilience, and confidence. It's such a privilege to be a small part of someone's journey–I love seeing the grit, consistency, passion, growth, and clarity my clients show along the way. I am especially proud and excited to work with other BIPOC folks, the non-binary and LGBTQ+ communities, athletes, creatives, entrepreneurs, and mission-driven professionals.
