Client Testimonial

"Alexia gives you the space to talk about areas of your life that trouble or inhibit you, while providing expert insight and reflection. I feel so much better about myself since starting coaching and can't wait for my next session."

As an ADHD mother of three adult children, I have lived experience of ADHD in children and the impact it can have on all the family while managing my own ADHD. And as a mid-lifer who took a whole new direction in her career I often work with individuals re-evaluating their focus, career and dreams.

Since completing my ADDCA family training, I work with children (10+), teens, students and families . Family coaching can be a life-changing experience for all concerned and can reduce conflict, improve understanding and strengthen relationships.

I have specific experience with families of adopted children and the particular complexities this can present.

I also work with university/college students to help them manage their study/life balance and foster independence in all areas of their lives.

Managing relationships both romantic and social can be a particular challenge when you have ADHD. By learning about your Executive Functions and how to better manage them, you can develop an improved understanding of the impact they can have on your connections with others.

Previously I worked in financial services in high pressure office environments.
