My clients are ready for change!
They are whole, competent, creative beings looking for ways to move forward, to change the habits that are no longer serving them, and in many cases just trying to figure out what is going on in their ADHD brain.
As your coach, I provide an oftentimes humorous, always non-judgmental space for you to explore your desired outcomes and discover meaningful paths to get there. I will ask you questions that spark different ways of thinking that allow you to see varying perspectives.

About me: My journey to becoming an ADHD coach began when I realized I had to learn more about ADHD in order to help my neurodiverse child navigate life. As an educator with 20+ years' experience, it was frustrating to me that I wasn’t able to figure out how to advocate for him and give him the skills he needed to be the fullest version of himself. When I saw how I was able to use coaching to remove some of the biggest obstacles he was facing and to teach him to focus on his strengths, I knew I wanted to help others do the same.
