Go Beyond Your Adult ADHD

Ande Underwood, AACC

If you're grasping to reach your potential, but feel bored, overwhelmed, or confused, you're not alone. I partner with smart, ambitious adults who are very capable, but feel like something is missing. That feeling is often tied to a lack of focus, clear priorities, structure, or boundaries. The presence of ADHD seems to overshadow every part of life, especially relationships.

Without judgment and through an ADHD-focused lens, I partner with my clients to co-create strategies to overcome challenges, and I facilitate action towards their desired outcomes.

Client Testimonial

"Ande has helped me break through the frustration of not knowing what to do over to doing what I know. ADHD meds help with daily function, but our coaching partnership has helped me pay attention to the things in life that bring purpose and meaning!"

Many of my clients were diagnosed as adults. Trying to understand their ADHD has felt like untangling strands of Christmas lights. I help my clients appreciate their unique brain wiring. Then, I provide support and tools to help them thrive.

If you feel like you're losing (and hate it), but can’t figure out how to win (I’ve been there too!), I can help. I'll help you identify and utilize your strengths, which will help you experience essential energy for effectiveness in life.

My role is to be your sounding board, mirror, and champion. I will provide models and structure to help you organize your thoughts, beliefs, and values. I will bring details into focus to help you reach a deeper understanding, and appreciation of yourself. I will hold you accountable for your decisions and actions, and challenge you to be compassionate with yourself. Only with your permission will I provide my expertise, perspective, and experience. I will never tell you what to do.
