Client Testimonial

"From my experience with PauseAbilities, Anjali is insightful, perceptive, and an all-around delight to work with. Her patience, understanding, and humor allow for an enjoyable coaching experience and - on top of that - because of her personable and non-judgmental nature, opening up to her is easy. I highly recommend PauseAbilities to anyone looking for ADHD coaching!"

My son was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 7. While researching and advocating for her son, I started to notice parallels between my son’s struggles with school, social relations and emotional regulation, and my own struggles throughout life. Finally in my mid 40’s, I was diagnosed with ADHD and it all finally, it all made sense! I became inspired help others with ADHD and ADHD-like qualities.

I bring to coaching a passion and desire to give others the chance to transform into the best version of themselves. I leverage my knowledge and proven strategies to educate, motivate and inspire clients to make better decisions and focus on their personal, educational, or social goals. I am compassionate, caring and dedicated to providing clients a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to learn, grow and transform.

I look forward to helping you to fulfill your goals!
