I'm an international ADHD Coach and educator, working with teens, families and adults from various cultural backgrounds. I'm a life-long student of psychology, and my work is firmly rooted in science.
In my coaching, I partner up with clients to help them get to know their natural strengths and use them to remove barriers to the life they want.
In the process, clients build greater understanding of the impact ADHD has on their life and design/test practical strategies to alleviate challenges.
Being a mindfulness educator and practitioner, I know the importance of pause and presence for ADHD brains. My clients get opportunities to learn and practice these evidence-based skills, if they wish to.

"I have worked with Anna during one of the most difficult times of my life. At the same time, I was diagnosed with early menopause and ADHD. Anna guided me beautifully through the process of understanding the implications of that in my day-to-day life and relationships. She did it in a brilliant way since she was always asking the right question, allowing me to find the clarity I so much needed. Anna is an excellent coach and an amazing person. Thank you so much."
My passion is working with youth and their families. Having worked in the educational system, I put much emphasis on helping children develop self-awareness and self-advocacy skills that will serve them as they progress through their educational journey.
