Client Testimonial

"Working with Annie on understanding my ADHD has really amplified the range of how I relate to myself and others. In our sessions, Annie has helped me uncover strategies that allow me to recognize where I am being inauthentic with myself; and gave me the context and understanding that afforded me the patience to make choices in areas I found myself being more compulsive. I would recommend their coaching sessions to anyone looking to learn about neurodiversity, utilizing the way that it helps us, and working on the parts we could do without."
- Matt G.

I was late-diagnosed autistic at age 33 (in 2020). This diagnosis  launched me onto a never-ending self-discovery journey. It helped explain why my nervous system was shorting out, my hypermobility, my dysautonomia, my feeling of otherness, why doing life felt so difficult, etc, etc.  After a few years of learning about autism, adhd, hypermobility and myself, I inadvertently was guiding friends who were questioning if they were neurodivergent, too. It turns out, I really enjoyed  doing that and felt uplifted by it. My friends also found it worthwhile, so I decided to become a neurodivergent-specific coach, through ADDCA. I got my AACC (ADHD accredited certified coach) letters behind my name in April 2025. I truly love informing people about their brain wiring, and why knowing about it makes a significant difference in their lives. I am happy you’ve found me, and I can’t wait to support you in making your life easier and more fulfilling!
