Atalia Cadranel, BSC, AACC

Hello, I'm Atalia Cadranel.  I swim alongside you to discover, to embrace and to harness your uniqueness, leading you to deeper self-awareness, crucial resilience for a life of well-being, fulfillment and potential.

At the heart of my coaching practice is the belief that each person is created to perfection – you together with your family are simply unique with your own set of distinct traits, innate talents and strengths. It could be that you or your loved one may have an ADHD diagnosis, some other diagnosis or none at all.

I work with anyone wanting to grow and find new possibility in their lives. It might be that if you are ADHD or any other kind of atypical, certain systems, structures, ways of being or behaving are at odds with your essence and at times at odds with who you want to be or others want you to be. That can be seriously tough whether at school, home, work or in friendship or relationship.

As a certified life coach, specialized in ADHD with my own relevant living experience, I coach to your individuality and together we customize strategies, tools and goals that address these challenges and at the same time excavate and shape your true strengths.

Client Testimonial

Atalia with her patience and her strong perception focused on gathering a better understanding of what was holding me back, my limiting belief patterns, negative self-talk, and then helped me directly use this new knowledge to create strategies and action plans.  The ADHD lens really took things further than ever for me. I uncovered so much about myself that I really didn't know and Atalia helped me manage and improve my life and capitalise on my strengths.  The copings skills and new ways of pausing and thinking and actioning have been super helpful and as a result my confidence in higher.
