Client Testimonial

: "Each week, I come home from my sessions with Ben feeling more confident about supporting my children. He’s given me practical tools to support Tia and Josh in a way that actually works for them. Our home is so much calmer than it’s been in years and I finally feel like I’m the parent they need me to be. Thank you Ben!"  Y. Learmont - Mum of a 7 and 9-year-old with ADHD

As an ADHD Family Coach, I work closely with parents to help them better understand their child’s needs, bridge communication gaps and create strategies that work in real life. I understand how ADHD works and the harmful cycle of negativity it can cause to all members of the family.

ADHD affects every aspect of family life: from the morning rush to emotional regulation, social struggles, and homework battles. I equip both children and parents with the tools to navigate these challenges with confidence, reducing stress at home and fostering a more supportive environment for growth.

I coach parents in shifting their perspective, moving away from frustration and towards a place of understanding and connection with their child. Most important, I become your child’s personal cheerleader, celebrating their wins and helping them recognise their strengths every step of the way!
