I offer ADHD, business, & life coaching for adults in the San Francisco Bay Area (and beyond); with a focus on women in tech, coaches, new moms, entrepreneurs, and creatives.

My approach is collaborative and highly customized, beginning and ending with each client’s personal formula for success. I can help you learn how your ADHD brain works, uncover your strengths, get clear on what matters most, and start taking positive, aligned action.

I particularly enjoy providing business mentorship for new coaches (and I plan to offer official mentor coaching services once I complete my ICF certification later this year, so keep in touch).

Client Testimonial

"Caitlin has 30+ years of lived experience as an ADHD-er, which is evident in the compassion she holds and seemingly boundless resources she’s able to offer. She’s also warm and curious, which leads to asking excellent questions in the process of supporting her clients to find their answers and build what they want to in their lives."

I’m Caitlin O’Brient Bauer, a certified ADHD Coach trained by the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), entrepreneur, speaker, mental health advocate, & member of the ICF.

Diagnosed with ADHD at 8, it took finding genuine interest in my first love, the theater, to start engaging my strengths and growing beyond the limitations of my condition. I earned a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Miami (Go Canes!) and worked as a professional actress. I gained a decade of entrepreneurial expertise running my own digital marketing & web design agency.

I appreciate the value of having an honest, kind, and fiercely compassionate partner to navigate the ups and downs of the ADHD journey. I can offer you a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration and connection, so that you can work toward the life you’ve always dreamed of.
