I’m a mentor-coach for rising leaders with brilliantly busy brains navigating executive function challenges.
I work deep in the trenches with you, blending quirky edge with professional clarity to cut through the chaos.
As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, my approach is strengths-based, because strengths activate your brain in ways that fighting weaknesses never can.
Together, you’ll build rhythms and systems that work with your wiring and learn to lead authentically while tackling the real stuff: difficult team dynamics, tough conversations you’re avoiding, systems that aren’t scaling, and complex decisions keeping you up at night.
You’ll lead decisively, stay grounded under pressure, and build trust through consistency.

I’ve spent over 10 years in strategic and operational leadership roles across both the public and private sectors, and the last several years mentor-coaching entrepreneurs, emerging leaders, and young adults. My work has always been about helping rising leaders operate in ways that feel natural, sustainable, and true to who they are—a philosophy grounded in my training as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
Over time, I began noticing a pattern. Many of the talented leaders I worked with weren’t held back by capability, but by overstretched executive functions. For some, ADHD was the quiet variable influencing how they handled pressure, shifting priorities, and the constant mental load of leadership.
That insight shifted the trajectory of my work.
I deepened my studies in ADHD-friendly systems and executive function strategies, eventually training with the renowned ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA). What began as a leadership lens expanded into a strengths-based ADHD coaching practice that honours how each brain naturally works.
Whether you’re leading a team or managing your own daily load, my role is simple: help you understand your brain, lean into your strengths, and create ways of living and working that feel doable, spacious, and unmistakably you.
