- clarify what’s most important to you and what you want to devote your time and energy to accomplishing,

I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a Master’s in Advanced Human Resource Management, and an interest in the applications of polyvagal theory to calming and regulating our sensitive neurodivergent nervous systems.
