Client Testimonial

"Catrin is a very perceptive, positive and motivational coach with the skill to ask just the right questions to get you to focus on what really matters. The sessions have been very inspiring, providing much clarity and support in all areas of life and my partner is also thriving after starting weekly sessions with her. She has an empathic approach and a wealth of knowledge about the neurobiological factors that affect our moods and behavior, so she can explain things very well whilst making you feel safe and motivated to move forward toward your goals.

I look forward to every session as she always has valuable insights that propel me forward and a joyful presence that just brightens up the day."

*Do you often find yourself full of brilliant ideas, only to see them slip away when you try to capture them?

*Do you feel frustrated, knowing you have so much potential yet struggle to harness it?

*Do you struggle with knowing how to use your free time, unable to switch off from work, and unable to account for where your time has gone?

*Do you struggle to spend time on hobbies, partly because you struggle to remember what you actually enjoy?

*Do you struggle to maintain connections with your loved ones, finding your social battery drained quickly?

These are some of the struggles that we face as part of the ADHD experience. We are truly capable of so much, but our brain mechanics can sometimes leave us feeling like we are spinning out of control or else never even getting off the starting blocks.

As an ADHD Coach, I work with amazing neurodivergent brains to help you get where you need to go, aligning your goals with passion and purpose. You don't need an ADHD diagnosis to work with me—if you're a passionate, creative person who identifies with any of the struggles above, I would love to work alongside you to help you create the positive change you want to see in your life.

As a person with ADHD myself, I know first-hand the joys and the struggles that come with the neurodivergent experience. Since receiving my diagnosis in 2021, I have made it my mission to find out all that I can about ADHD brains: our strengths, challenges, neurobiology, and finding out how to work WITH, rather than battle, our unique brain wiring. I’m here to help others to do the same, to share the amazing things that I have learned, and to shine a light on what it means to be a divergent thinker.

In addition to my work as a coach, I have over a decade’s experience as a professional classical singer, which has provided me with amazing insight into the creative and performing industries, as well as a real knack for getting to know people.

I welcome all people of any ethnicity, gender, identity, orientation, and cultural background. The whole of you is welcome here.
