EnglishMethod of Coaching:
Video Conferencing, In-PersonCoaching can support change and growth in any area of life. Change is not easy; it can feel uncomfortable—it takes work! Having a coach by your side assists you in pushing through the hard bits and staying on track. Specialist coaching will keep ADHD at the centre - whether it’s your ADHD or that of a loved one—ensuring actions complement each unique profile. My coaching is strengths-focused, identifying inherent qualities that can be built upon.
My clients include:
- Late diagnosed adults or adults who suspect they have ADHD particularly those with parenting responsibilities
- Parents (and grandparents) who want to understand more about ADHD, explore ways to support their children and how to respond in a helpful way when challenges arise.
- Student in post 16 yrs education who are navigating their studies, social aspects and independent living with ADHD in the mix.
What brought me to coaching?
I started this because I saw a support gap. After an ADHD diagnosis in the UK, there’s often nothing—no follow-up, no guidance—just a report and maybe a prescription. I wanted to be the support I never had, to create a service that truly understands what it’s like to live with ADHD every day.
Accessibility
I am aware that there are financial barriers to coaching support. I am keen to provide an affordable service so that those who need it, can access specialist coaching. My fees are transparent and visible on my website.
Credentials
I bring more than professional training to the table. I share a lived experience, empathy and a fierce belief that ADHD isn’t a flaw – just a difference!
ADHD, Autism and Dyslexia are all in the mix in my family.
For over a decade I have been employed in the charity sector, supporting children, adults and families. Offering individual and group support, advocacy & ADHD informed parenting consultancy.
I am very proud to be an ADDCA Associate Certified Coach. It reflects the integrity and commitment I bring to my coaching practice.
I have a Certificate in Education - a significant part of my career had been teaching and supporting learners in post 16 education.
