I feel so happy you’re reading these words on the other side of your screen. Coaching can bring so much value!

Since we’re just connecting, let me share three facts about me:

#1 - My Coaching is Strengths based and supported by the most current Research in ADHD. I dedicate 20% of my time to Research thanks to the ADDCA Faculty as well as 1000+ ADDCA coaches around the world.

#2 - “Empowering individuals to find their rightful place and fulfil their potential” has been my mission for more than 20 years. It is my greatest wish. I coach adults, teens and families on their ADHD Traits.

#3 - I know a lot about corporate and employment dynamics. I started in HR and developed a strong expertise in career counselling, individual/group coaching, learning & development and recruitment (20+ years!).

And three more (fun) ones:

#1 - I know from inside the beauty of Neurodiversity, its challenges too. My husband, my two sons and I combine ADHD, Autism, Dyspraxia and Epilepsy. A 400% Neurodiverse family!

#2 - I laugh when I hit a snag. It is such an opportunity for growth and, when it comes to Coaching, I can rely on my super Mentor coach Roger DeWitt to overcome the situation. Offering my best coaching to my clients is non-negotiable.

#3 - I am pretty sure I enjoy the coaching process as much as my clients. Each of them is so inspiring and fascinating. Isn’t our singularity the beauty of our humanity? ADHD Traits are definitely part of it!

What about you? Any fact you’d like to share with me? Seriously, I answer every email and would love to hear from you, Warmly, Coralie
