"As my ADHD coach, David brought much-needed structure, reflection and accountability to my otherwise chaotic life. His incisive questions led to some of my most powerful thinking. I came away with greater clarity and direction.”
— Marketing Director & Coach"David helped me understand my unique brain and how to work with it rather than against it. Through coaching, I developed ways to better regulate and manage my ADHD, and gained a much greater sense of control.”
— Financial Professional“David is a thoughtful and knowledgeable coach who brings a deep understanding of neurodivergence. His reflective style helped me gain clarity, adjust expectations and move forward with more confidence.”
— AuDHD Client
I’m a certified ADHD coach (ADDCA AACC, PAAC CACP) and former tax professional, supporting adults navigating ADHD, AuDHD and the wider challenges of executive function, burnout and work-related stress.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable individuals who have spent years “pushing through”, often feeling outwardly functional but inwardly overwhelmed, exhausted or misaligned with how they are expected to work.
My coaching focuses on helping clients navigate real-world challenges, particularly in the context of work and daily life. This may include managing workload and time pressure, navigating communication and expectations, reducing burnout and developing ways of working that are more sustainable and aligned with how their brain operates.
I take a reflective, collaborative approach, working as a thinking partner rather than offering prescriptive advice. Together, we explore patterns, clarify what is and isn’t working and develop practical ways forward that feel realistic and achievable.
My work is grounded in an understanding of the interaction between brain, body and environment; recognising that meaningful change often comes from adjusting systems, expectations and energy demands, rather than simply trying to “try harder”.
Alongside my coaching, I bring a background in professional services and taxation, supporting neurodivergent professionals navigating high-pressure environments and career uncertainty.
