The Best is Yet to Come

Dawn Keating, NMTCB, ACCG

As an ADHD coach, I specialize in helping smart, ambitious adults who are tired of feeling like they are constantly juggling all the moving pieces and not making any real progress.

I know firsthand what it's like to struggle with everyday tasks, time management, goal-setting, problem-solving, and simple organization. But I also know that it doesn't have to be this way.

My own journey with ADHD led me to pursue specialized training in ADHD coaching for adults, so I could fully understand the neuroscience of the ADHD brain and the tools and resources needed to help neuro-diverse individuals thrive.

As your coach, I bring empathy, practical knowledge, and a passion for helping adults overcome the stigma  and challenges of ADHD. Together, we will create  systems tailored to work for your uniquely wired brain, so you can manage overwhelm, conquer the "Shoulds," and live the life you were meant to live.

If you're ready to turn your brain off at night and create the life that you were meant to live, let's work together to make it happen. Don't let ADHD hold you back any longer. Contact me to schedule a coaching session and take the first step toward a brighter future.

As an ADHD coach and mother myself, I understand the unique challenges that families face when managing  ADHD symptoms. I have walked in your shoes and have  made it my mission to help other families who are struggling with the same issues.
