Women with ADHD face unique challenges due to societal expectations, gender roles, and the tendency for their symptoms to be overlooked or misdiagnosed. Often masking their struggles, they may internalize feelings of failure, anxiety, or low self-worth, especially as they juggle responsibilities at work, at home, and in relationships. Hormonal fluctuations further impact ADHD symptoms, making focus and emotional regulation even more challenging.
