As someone who was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult myself, I understand how difficult and frustrating it is to be working against your brain's natural tendencies, especially when you have been doing it your whole life.  Clients find my individual approach to understanding how their brains work and uncovering how ADHD shows up in their daily lives to be both practical and game changing.  This fresh outlook on how their brain functions enables them to employ a strengths-based approach when tackling their current and future challenges both personally and professionally.

I also specialize in working with young adults (18+) during one of the most important and challenging periods of their lives. I help them to discover strategies that will work for them and make their lives a bit easier. My goal is to empower them with an understanding that their brain functions in a certain way and that it doesn't need to change, it may just need some structures to help it work more efficiently and with less struggle.
