Client Testimonial

"Diane has a way with kids! She is caring, honest and actively listens to what my kids have to say! Before we walked out the door my kids wanted to know when they were coming back! No better testimonial than that. Looking forward to more meetings with Diane and helping empower my children to become more independent with time management and organization."
- Jen B., Parent

The experience and education I bring with me to coaching gives me a very unique and powerful lens. As a 26-year career educator and school counselor, I have seen first hand the struggles uniquely-wired kids face on a daily basis and the often traumatic impact this has on families. I also understand the lack of training for teachers who really want to help kids, but don't have the information they need.

Parenting a child with autism, I feel the desperation parents live, the exhaustion they feel to help others understand their child, and frustration of not knowing how to parent this child they deeply love. And as an adult diagnosed late in life with ADHD, I know the challenges and energy it takes to create a successful coaching practice that allows me to live out my mission of helping children.

This unique experience, along with my advanced training at ADDCA has given me the privilege of coaching over 3000 hours with clients, training and mentoring other coaches to do the same, and educating teachers, parents, and professionals across the country.
