Are you tired of feeling held back by your ADHD? Are you struggling to sort through the myriad of reports, articles, and advice for working with your ADHD? Are you tired of “life hacks” and ready for some real techniques and coaching in order to make real changes in your life? Don’t just “get by” with your ADHD. As an ADDCA certified coach, I can help you navigate the challenges of ADHD with knowledge, experience, and compassion.

I spent years trying to understand why I was failing to thrive.

Why on the outside I looked put together but on the inside I felt like a mess. Why was I struggling with multiple health issues that couldn’t be resolved, and why did I feel lost in a world that eschews neurodiversity.

I was diagnosed at age 6 with ADHD and learning disabilities but it wasn’t until age 34 that I finally embraced and accepted my differences. It changed everything.

The more I learned, the more I understood why I had specific struggles and how ADHD was impacting my physical health.

It was the missing piece of my puzzle, that I’d always known about but never understood. I was able to take control of my life and make changes that made a real difference.

Client Testimonial

"I highly recommend this coach!

I connected with Dorsey in a slack group for ADHDers where I introduced myself as a late diagnosis adult still trying to figure out how to support myself. In our introduction session I got the sense that she would be a great teacher as I navigate my life though this new ADHD lens.

Coaching sessions with Dorsey thereafter have been uplifting, honest, and abundantly helpful. Each session she listened to my frustrations, met me where I was at, and worked with me to find solutions that are realistic! My ADHD coping strategies toolbox has never been so full. Most importantly, self love and acceptance are very much at the core of her practice, something I think we all need!"
