Hi. I'm Dylan. To be completely honest, I'm a real nerd about all of this neurodivergence stuff. I'm an ADHD & General Neurodivergence Coach certified by ADDCA, PAAC, and the ICF. Though I (like many ADHD'ers) have done a lot of different jobs ranging from college professor, lawyer, farmer, and professional chef, coaching is the most rewarding career I've ever had.
I worked with ADHD Adults at Queeradhd.com, am the founder and executive co-director of Neuroqueer.org and graduated from ADDCA, the premiere ADHD Coach Training Academy.
I work with folks from all over the map, and from all sorts of different identities and experiences.
I offer 1:1 ADHD coaching, group ADHD coaching, ADHD Ally coaching for friends, family & partners, as well as educational workshops and courses for businesses, schools and organizations. You may even find some podcast interviews I've done out there on the web.
My approach: As a longtime student of Neuroscience, Psychology, Sociology, Queer Theory, and Anthropology (again, huge nerd) I studied ADHD in depth from a Pro-Neurodiversity perspective since 2019. Sessions focus on what's relevant to you, and we work to not just identify strategies, but to understand why obstacles are coming up, what strategies will meet your unique contextual needs, and how do we make sure those strategies are accessible and easy to use.
There is a lot of ADHD support out there that presents strategies that miss the mark: "Just do this worksheet, use this planner, take this course, keep up with this App every day." when if we could get ourselves to do those things, it wouldn't be ADHD. Or we're given off the shelf/cookie cutter solutions, based on research that left out a lot of our identities. So, this is ADHD support for everyone else, tailored for our unique alternative selves.

"I’ve worked with Dylan for over six months now. In that time, they’ve helped me find and pursue my passions, make a few major life decisions, and problem solve basic needs. I’m now exercising, cooking for myself, and even flossing — none of which I would have thought was possible for me before working with them. " "This is a coach who understands my day to day struggles and also all of the metaphors, so appointments are genuinely fun, too. " "I felt seen and accepted right from the beginning during our first free consultation. They really helped me to identify my unique ways of operating and offered possible approaches to make things easier, to cope with obstacles. There was a conversation that uncovered patterns, considered new ways of working or tweaks, and encouraged authentic self-prompts."
