Client Testimonial

“Ekaterina made me feel understood. Her approach to empathizing and understanding the unique wiring of my ADHD mind was comforting to me. She reminded me to reward/celebrate the things I’ve accomplished, and be okay with modifying or changing my goals. She provided framework, advice, and accountability for my health, wellness, and career goals. I struggle a lot with confidence and her techniques allowed me to realize my strengths. I think everyone can benefit from meeting with Ekaterina, I know I sure did! I recommend the high quality of service she gives.”
