Hello! My name is Elle and I am an AACC-certified ADHD Coach living in Minneapolis, MN (who is clearly a fan of The Office).

I am also a fan of rock bottoms, because they tell you what isn't working for you. My rock bottoms, and there were many, are what brought me to ADHD Coaching.

It wasn't working to ignore my needs. It wasn't working to work at jobs I didn't have any interest in. It didn't work to feel shame about my very being.

The change we seek is a kindness to ourselves. My coaching style is a system designed to bring you to a place of understanding and knowledge about your ADHD and investigate how it shows up in your life. Once we have the information we need, we'll use it to peel back the layers of shame and judgment using reflective inquiry and somatics.

Ninety-five percent of our patterns are subconscious. Together, we can untangle your subconscious beliefs so you don't have to carry them with you anymore. You've learned enough from your rock bottoms, it's time to move on!
