Think of me as a collaborator on your life's projects, whatever they might be. ADHD can show up in lots of areas of life, and different people have different priorities. Our partnership can range from things like exploring your deepest aspirations to brainstorming on practical challenges, and from understanding what patterns show up in your relationships to strategizing about your next work meeting. The agenda is always driven by your priorities and goals. I bring a non-judgmental presence and an expertise in ADHD and the many ways it can manifest, and we will generally spend our sessions using creative inquiry to explore the aspirations and challenges that you bring to the table and coming up with personalized strategies for your unique brain.

"In a few months’ time, Emily has helped me iterate through a variety of approaches in order to be kinder and gentler with myself while gradually bringing in more structure and accountability. Her counsel has been a true liferaft in a sea of uncertainty and fear. I cannot recommend Emily highly enough!"

As a coach, I am a mix of a lot of different qualities. I am supportive and empathetic listener who views my clients with unconditional positive regard. I am also neuroscience and data informed and get excited about systems and spreadsheets. Not to mention, I'm a big picture thinker who loves to ponder the meaning of life. I also care deeply about issues of social and environmental justice and intersectionality. Most of all, finding the right coach is about rapport and resonance. Your coach should be someone who you can trust and who makes you feel seen, in addition to being someone whose approach works for you. If we don't turn out to be the right fit for each other, I'm happy to help you find someone else who might be a better match. Let's chat to see what we think.
