Client Testimonial

"Through the coaching process and Emily’s pointed questions, I’ve been able to learn how to identify what’s in the way and realize that I am in control over most of it.  Emily helped me learn how to be thoughtful about the way things work for me, because it has to be my idea."

I effectively partner with my clients to break down the brick walls of overwhelm and improve self-awareness, as we work to strengthen the executive functioning skills so that they can meet their full potential academically, professionally, and socially. Together, we discover strategies to focus on the mundane as well as the exciting -- with the goal of building a balanced life.

I’m the mom of 3 young adult men, with 3 very different brains.  I’ve been through it all!  The pandemic has highlighted the importance that executive skills strengths and challenges look different on everyone.  I am in my 11th year as a public-school board trustee and have keen understanding of how to maneuver with school staff.  Prior to becoming a coach, I ran my own import/wholesale business for 22 years, designing and selling luxury decorative gifts produced in Vietnam and sold worldwide. I look forward to working with you and helping you feel good and become your best self.
