Helping you live your best ADHD life!

Evan Monez, JD, AACC

I am an ADHD coach based in Seattle, WA who works with adult clients worldwide. I partner with my clients to help them uncover and nurture their strengths and find strategies that work for them and their unique brains to overcome their challenges and reach their goals. I particularly enjoy working with adults early on in their ADHD journey, who are just starting to learn about and understand their unique brains and explore effective supports beyond medication.

In addition to training and certification through ADDCA, as an ADHDer myself who, like many of my clients, was not diagnosed until adulthood, I have deep personal experience with the unique challenges of living with an ADHD brain in a neurotypical world, especially when one’s ADHD is not understood or well-managed.

Prior to discovering my true calling as an ADHD coach I spent several years working as an attorney in a Seattle law firm, and many of my clients are attorneys or other professionals.

Client Testimonial

"Working with Evan has been above and beyond my experience with previous counselors to address my ADHD. She has helped me better identify my ADHD patterns, understand the why behind those patterns, and develop strategies for patterns I’ve wanted to change. As an attorney, Evan understands the challenges of highly-demanding jobs and her coaching has helped me handle my distractions, reach my professional goals, and enjoy my job again. Evan is insightful and kind, making me feel at ease no matter if I’m laughing or crying during a session. I couldn’t be more grateful for her expertise and compassion."
