"Coaching sessions with Fiona have honestly been life-changing. Before I started, I felt bad about needing help from someone to get my life together, but I’m so glad I ended up going through with the coaching. From the start, it was easy to open up to Fiona without feeling judged. I was very unhappy with my life and I couldn’t stop dwelling on past regrets. Through Fiona’s coaching, I was able to address and resolve those feelings. She made it so much easier to process all the thoughts in my head and use them to make positive changes in the future. After just 2 months, my mindset on life had completely changed. For the first time in my life, I’d been able to implement systems that allowed me to achieve my personal goals. Fiona helped me with the entire process".

Like many women, I wasn’t diagnosed with ADHD until I was an adult. I am a mother of two beautiful daughters and after noticing similarities between myself and one of my daughters, who was diagnosed with ADHD, I sought a diagnosis.
After my diagnosis I became very frustrated, wondering why I couldn’t implement strategies and learnings about ADHD to help my daughter or myself. I wasn’t yet aware of how my executive function is impacted by ADHD. This was the start of my journey to learn more about ADHD and executive function, leading me to the ADD Coaching Academy in New York.
I am now a qualified ADHD Coach and I have completed the Fundamentals of ADHD Coaching for Families through the ADD Coaching Academy in New York. While I do work with adults, I have also specialised working with children, university students, families and educators.
My passion is to help those, impacted by these challenges, gain self-confidence, self awareness and to find strategies and skills to navigate school, university, social situations and everyday life.
In addition to this, I present to and support educators, increasing their understanding of ADHD and executive function. I hope to provide a deeper understanding of what our students face daily and to collaboratively come up with tips and strategies to support students in the school environment.
