Helping Professionals Find Their Path to Peace

MY JOB AS YOUR COACH IS TO SUPPORT YOUR JOURNEY If you feel limited due to ADHD or self-blame/shame for any reason (like the fact that you are always behind), I want you to discover what you know deep down inside - you are powerful beyond your wildest imagination.

MY STORY: I WAS A PROFESSIONAL WOMAN SEEKING A PRACTICAL PATH TO PEACE I had been an award-winning global communications manager at tech giant Intel Corporation, with two growing, engaged, wonderful children, a long commute, and lots of travel and work, work, work.

I earned a master's degree while working, reached the pinnacle of my profession by becoming a Fellow in the Public Relations Society of America, and earned lots of accolades. After Intel, I volunteered in my small community to co-chair a winning effort to build $100 million new schools and earned a Yoga Teaching Certification.

I was always busy, always behind and, torn between perfectionism and meeting the deadline, rarely satisfied with what I produced. Anxiety grew, sleep waned, coffee reigned supreme and soon I had a chronic cough and a compromised immune system, which sapped my energy even more.

Something was missing.

Then, I was diagnosed with ADHD.

I learned how many women and men just like me were out there, struggling like I had been, wondering what was wrong, and blaming and shaming themselves.

So, I embarked on a rigorous training to learn all I could about my ADHD and why I was highly successful and a hot mess all at the same time. To learn even more, I sought out a Life Coaching program that focused on ADHD and was created, taught and attended by people with ADHD.

Now, I've learned enough and coached enough to give YOU value and hope.

TAKING THE STEPS

You have goals and dreams. I know you can reach them. Working together, we'll unlock what is possible for you.

I've been there. I'm STILL there. So, I understand.

But so much has changed for me because I'm learning from the best. And I'm so looking forward to meeting you and deciding together if what I offer will work for you.
