My native language is English, I am also fluent in German. I am an ADHD mother of two kids with ADHD. I understand how challenging it is to be an ADHDer raising ADHD kids.

My aim is to help parents and other adults by providing the support I needed when I first learned about ADHD.

Ever since my ADHD diagnosis, I have been learning as much as I can about ADHD, how I can help myself, improve my life and feel more successful. I want you to take advantage of all my years of learning. I want to help you find strengths and talents that you may not yet know you even have. In a neurotypical world where you can be anything, be you. Be your whole self and enjoy being you. Enjoy your strengths and talents, follow your passion and your energy so that you are living the life you want. Our Brains work differently and they need different solutions. Together we can find solutions that work for you and your ADHD.
