Executive Coach specialising in ADHD and Neurodiversity | Executive ADHD Coaching | Leadership Development | Executive Function | Founders | Entrepreneurs | Senior Leaders

I am an Executive Coach specialising in ADHD and neurodiversity, helping executives, founders, entrepreneurs and leadership teams perform at their highest level while building a way of working that is both effective and sustainable.

Having spent more than 20 years as an international executive, including serving as a Global Chief Operating Officer, I understand the realities of leading organisations, making high-stakes decisions, navigating complexity and delivering results under pressure. Today I combine that experience with evidence-based coaching, supporting leaders through my private practice and on executive programmes at INSEAD and ETH Zurich.

Alongside my executive coaching practice, I specialise in coaching leaders with ADHD and other forms of neurodiversity. As an ADDCA Advanced Certified ADHD Coach (ACCG), I help clients strengthen executive functioning, improve focus, prioritisation, organisation, emotional regulation, decision-making, communication, delegation and sustainable productivity.

Many of my clients are highly capable individuals whose ADHD contributes to creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial thinking while simultaneously creating challenges around overwhelm, procrastination, time management, relationships and work-life balance. Together we develop practical strategies that work with their brain rather than against it.

While many clients initially seek support with focus, organisation or executive functioning, our work often extends to leadership presence, confidence, purpose, relationships, well-being and creating a life that feels aligned with who they want to become.

Ultimately, my role is not simply to help clients manage ADHD; it is to help them become the leader — and the person — they want to be.

Client Testimonial

"Gido has a unique way of seeing things and challenging your mindset so you see different paths and outcomes. I can highly recommend Gido for anyone that wants to stretch and adapt their approach to leadership."
- Matt S, CEO in Financial Services, London, UK

Leadership is demanding. Add ADHD into the mix and it can become both a remarkable advantage and a hidden source of struggle.

Many of the executives, founders and entrepreneurs I work with are exceptionally capable. They think quickly, generate ideas effortlessly and bring energy, creativity and vision to their organisations. Yet behind the scenes they often describe feeling overwhelmed, struggling to prioritise, finding it difficult to switch off, questioning themselves, or working far harder than those around them simply to stay on top of everything.

My coaching is designed for people who want more than productivity hacks. It is for leaders who want to understand how they think, why they behave the way they do, and how they can lead with greater clarity, confidence and authenticity.

Before becoming a full-time coach, I spent more than two decades leading international organisations, including serving as a Global Chief Operating Officer. I have led large teams across multiple countries, managed complex transformations, navigated organisational politics, built high-performing teams and made difficult decisions under pressure. That experience allows me to understand not only ADHD, but also the reality of executive leadership.

As an Executive Coach with specialist expertise in ADHD and neurodiversity, I combine practical business experience with evidence-based coaching, Positive Psychology, Transactional Analysis and Systemic Coaching. Rather than trying to make clients fit conventional ways of working, I help them build systems, habits and leadership approaches that leverage their natural strengths.

Depending on your goals, we may work on areas such as:

  • Executive functioning and sustainable productivity
  • Leadership development and executive presence
  • Emotional regulation and resilience
  • Decision-making and strategic thinking
  • Prioritisation, planning and time management
  • Delegation and building high-performing teams
  • Communication and relationships
  • Confidence, self-worth and imposter syndrome
  • Career transitions and increased responsibility
  • Work-life integration and preventing burnout

My coaching style is supportive, challenging and pragmatic. I ask questions that encourage deeper reflection, help uncover patterns that may no longer serve you, and translate insight into meaningful action. My aim is not to provide answers, but to help you discover your own.

I also work with organisations and leadership teams that want to better understand neurodiversity in the workplace. By combining executive coaching, team coaching and ADHD expertise, I help leaders create environments where neurodivergent talent can contribute at its very best while strengthening collaboration, communication and performance across the wider team.

Whether you have recently been diagnosed, have lived with ADHD for many years, or simply recognise some of these patterns in yourself, coaching offers an opportunity to increase self-awareness, make more intentional choices and create lasting change.

Ultimately, coaching is not about managing ADHD. It is about becoming the leader — and the person — you want to be.
