Hi. I'm Grazia - ADHD Coach and Neurodiversity Specialist. My love of coaching university students and adults with ADHD/executive function and learning differences is built upon my 20 years’ experience and expertise working in universities across London with undergraduate and postgraduate students who learn differently.
I am a Specialist Teacher Assessor holding a current approved practicing certificate (APC) and I am a member of PATOSS (Professional Association of Teachers Of Students with Specific Learning Difficulties).
I also hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Career Guidance.
My coaching philosophy focuses on helping individuals believing in their creativity and resourcefulness, and on empowering them to manage their challenges by using their strengths.
My approach is that of creating a calm, safe space for the individual to pause and engage in self- exploration and growth.
