Feel calmer, get clear, and move forward with what matters most.

Heather Robinson, AACC
Heather Robinson, AACC

I support adults with ADHD, particularly coaches, counsellors, and small business owners, to create clarity, organisation, and sustainable momentum in their work and lives.

With a background in counselling and executive function mentoring, I offer a grounded, compassionate approach that helps clients reduce overwhelm, improve focus, and follow through on what matters most. My coaching combines practical structure with deeper exploration of the patterns that can get in the way, such as procrastination, perfectionism, and self-doubt.

I work primarily online via video call, supporting clients to develop practical strategies, supportive habits, and clear ways of working that are realistic, flexible, and tailored to how their brain works.

Client Testimonial

"Heather is kind, empathic and very supportive. She asks thought provoking questions that really help you to become unstuck."

"What has felt most helpful and supportive during our time together, was having someone who ‘gets’ it and wasn’t weirded out by the way my thought process works.  Also having support to make sense of where my thoughts could be more productive/easier for me, and being allowed to just be me."

Many of my clients come to coaching feeling overwhelmed by competing priorities, struggling with organisation and time management, or frustrated by a gap between what they know they want to do and what they are able to follow through on.

My work focuses on strengthening executive function skills such as planning, prioritisation, and task initiation, while also addressing the emotional and cognitive aspects of ADHD, including rumination, low motivation, and inconsistent energy.

Alongside ADHD coaching, I bring over six years of experience supporting clients through 90-day planning and goal implementation. This work allows me to help clients move from ideas into action, with clear structure, regular accountability, and space to reflect and adjust as needed.

Clients often value my calm, non-judgmental presence and my ability to help them see things from a different perspective. I aim to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and able to think clearly, so they can make meaningful progress in both their business and personal life.

I work with clients internationally and offer coaching in English. I offer a free discovery call for prospective clients, giving you space to ask questions and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
