Hi, I’m Heidi Healy — certified ADHD coach, business owner, and parent to three amazing sons with ADHD... and yes, I have ADHD too.
If you’re here, maybe you’re feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, or even a little defeated. Maybe you’re wondering why things that seem so easy for others — staying organized, getting things done, keeping on top of life — feel so hard for you.
You’re not lazy, broken, or doing it wrong. Your brain just works differently — and once you understand how it works, everything can change.
That’s where ADHD coaching comes in. I work with teens, young adults, parents, and professionals to uncover what’s getting in the way — and together, we build real strategies that actually work for your brain.
I’ve lived this journey. I’ve raised three boys with ADHD while running a business and figuring out how to support myself, too. I get it — the self-doubt, the missed deadlines, the emotional overload. But I also know the strengths, the creativity, and the potential that often get buried under the chaos.
My job is to help you clear the fog, build confidence, and find your own way forward — one that feels calm, doable, and real.
If you’re ready for support that truly understands ADHD from the inside out — I’d love to help.

"Coaching sessions with Heidi have had such a positive impact on my life. Her insightful questions helped me increase awareness of my strengths and when to activate them. And the tools and strategies we’ve developed along the way are a perfect fit for my unique brand of ADHD!"

My journey from a professional sales executive and business owner to an advocate for neurodiversity was shaped by personal experiences including my own experiences with ADHD, as well as raising three boys, two of whom have ADHD. Drawing upon my own experiences and expertise, I help individuals with ADHD harness their strengths, overcome challenges, and thrive in both academic and professional settings.
My life took an unexpected turn while helping my sons navigate university while playing college basketball. Witnessing the challenges and overwhelm, I saw first-hand how ADHD coaching delivers a different approach towards achieving goals, time management, resilience, organization and, ultimately, achieving results and a stronger self-esteem. This revelation not only deepened my understanding of neurodiversity, it ignited a passion to advocate and support for those with ADHD. I am proud to help empower my clients to embrace their strengths to achieve their dreams.
