Hillary Kelso, AACC

I’m a strengths-based ADHD life coach who works with adults, professionals, and parents navigating ADHD — whether newly diagnosed or simply ready to build better systems for life. As an ADHD woman myself, I especially love supporting other women in growing self-trust, executive function skills, and sustainable routines that work with their brain, not against it.

My coaching style is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that my clients are already whole. I help them build insight, develop practical tools, and understand their unique ADHD wiring so they can move forward with clarity and confidence.

I’m certified through ADDCA (AACC) and have a background in social work (BSW). Since 2021, I’ve worked with clients across the U.S., providing virtual coaching that supports lasting change in real life.

Client Testimonial

Hillary is AMZING!! Being coached by her has changed my life!! She meets me where I’m at, understands me and helps me through challenges in ways that work for me. She is a great listener and supporter and has helped me through everything from dealing with personal issues to organization academically. Hillary has taught me ways to use my gifts to think outside the box and make my life work for me. She has given me confidence in who I am, and helps me navigate being a neurodivergent in a neurotypical world. She is professional, but so friendly and I have always felt safe opening up to her. I could not recommend her enough!
