Supporting Professionals with Late-Recognized ADHD

I divide my time between Prague and a small German village – between city buzz and quiet forests – and somewhere in that in-between, I found my purpose: supporting bright minds with ADHD traits through ADHD coaching.

Finding out about my ADHD after forty was like discovering the missing manual I’d been improvising my whole life. But it's still not complete, and I keep searching for some of the pages that were missing. If you got your diagnosis later in life, you probably know this feeling.

One way to uncover those pages is through ADHD coaching. Again and again, I’ve seen how powerful it is when people with ADHD can think out loud without fear of being misunderstood. That’s what ADHD coaching makes possible – it gives you a safe space to explore what works for you, no matter how strange it sounds when you say it for the first time.

Client Testimonial

"Irena truly takes the time to get to know you and understand your individual needs. She is caring, friendly, and genuinely excited about her work, and every session with her leaves you smiling. She supported me through challenging times when I was at my lowest, always creating a safe and encouraging space. Irena empowers you to come up with your own solutions that fit your individual needs, while also introducing practical tools that help you truly thrive. I would highly recommend working with her as your ADHD coach!"

I work with professionals from all parts of Europe.

Throughout my life, I've been supporting leaders from various companies and countries by offering a grounded perspective – I was there to listen, question, and say what others wouldn’t. I keep using similar strengths in coaching, and bring a calm, kind, cheerful, and curious presence to our conversations.
