My personal journey with ADHD shapes my approach to coaching. After my eldest daughter’s ADHD diagnosis, I realized that I, too, am neurodivergent. Living with inattentive ADHD has impacted my career, motherhood, and daily life. As a single mother of two neurodivergent children, I understand the unique challenges ADHD presents in managing family, career, and personal growth. I've navigated a variety of careers—from hospitality to sales—while learning how to manage distractions, disorganization, and procrastination.

Tired of the common advice to "just try harder," I chose to work with my ADHD rather than against it. This decision led me to become an ADHD coach. After searching for a coach for my daughter, I found the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), where I earned my Basic (AACC) Certification. Now, I’m dedicated to helping others embrace their strengths and navigate their challenges, whether in academics, career, or life as a parent.

In our sessions, we’ll explore practical strategies, build resilience, and create personalized solutions to help you thrive. Let's work together to unlock your potential and celebrate your uniqueness.

As an ADHD Coach, I bring a deeply personal understanding of the challenges of living with ADHD. My own ADHD diagnosis came after my eldest daughter was diagnosed, and my youngest daughter was diagnosed with autism before us. As I began to see similarities between my behaviors and those of my children, I realized I, too, was neurodivergent.

I have an inattentive presentation of ADHD, and the struggles I’ve faced in my own life have shaped my work as a coach. Like many, I’ve dealt with the impacts of ADHD on my career, motherhood, and daily life. Masking and people-pleasing were major hurdles that drained my energy. Procrastination and distraction often created chaos in my professional life, despite maintaining a teaching career. Over the years, I moved from job to job in search of novelty and excitement. I started in hospitality, later studied tourism, and even worked in sales—all while constantly seeking that next dopamine rush through new experiences, like moving to a new continent and learning foreign languages.

As a single mother, I faced the added challenges of managing my ADHD while balancing the demands of raising children. Though I was always told I was bright, my disorganization and distractibility were constant sources of frustration. I grew tired of hearing I should “just try harder,” and I made a conscious decision to work with my ADHD, not against it.

My journey into coaching began when I was searching for a coach for my daughter. I wanted someone who would understand her struggles without judgment and offer her the tools I didn’t have growing up. That search led me to the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), a school known for its expert coaching programs. It was then that I decided to become a coach—to help not only my daughter but also others who needed support and guidance in navigating life with ADHD.

After completing my studies and earning my Basic AACC (ADDCA Associate Certified Coach) Certification, I realized how many people feel isolated in their struggles with ADHD and how long the waiting lists are for quality coaching. That’s why I’m committed to helping others unlock their potential, providing the understanding and strategies they need to thrive in a world that often feels overwhelming.

Let me support you in understanding and managing your ADHD so you can move from surviving to thriving in every area of your life.
