ACT helps clients learn to stop avoiding, denying, and struggling with their inner emotions and, instead, accept that these deeper feelings are appropriate responses to certain situations that should not prevent them from moving forward in their lives. With this understanding, clients begin to accept their hardships and commit to making necessary changes in their behavior.
ACT can help treat many mental and physical conditions. These include: Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Eating disorders, Addiction, Workplace Stress & Chronic Pain.
Jack empowers his clients in a totally non-judgmental spirit of true partnership, to ‘crack the code’ in using their own unique brain wiring, strengths & talents to overcome difficulties commonly associated with ADHD, as well as other life challenges.
All sessions are a full 60 minutes in duration.
