My mission as an ADHD coach is to support people in discovering their unique nervous system and learning to know and accept themselves more deeply. I help clients build a healthier relationship with their mind and body so they can create intentional, values-based lives. I believe that without a clear sense of why, it is difficult to endure life’s inevitable pain and challenges.

I also guide clients in developing a healthier relationship with social media and technology, helping them return to what truly matters and find the courage to face difficulties with clarity and resilience.

With a background in Philosophical Counseling and Coaching and a Master’s degree in Psychology, I bring together evidence-based knowledge, existential perspectives, and practical tools to help clients live with greater meaning and self-trust.

Above all, I believe that ADHD carries meaning and purpose. My work is dedicated to helping neurodiverse clients embrace this perspective and live more connected, empowered, and authentic lives.

Client Testimonial

"I want to express my deep gratitude for your professionalism, sensitivity, and ability to adapt to my needs. Each session gave me a sense of understanding and support, and the way you guided our conversations made me feel safe and comfortable. I truly felt that you were listening and tailoring your approach to be as helpful as possible.

The results of our work together exceeded my expectations. Many inner processes that I thought were stuck finally moved and came to completion. Even though I sometimes considered myself a ‘difficult client,’ everything we achieved went far beyond what I initially imagined.

I also deeply appreciate your empathy, attentiveness, and flexibility – including the initial trial session, which gave me an immediate sense of trust and safety. Through this process, I’ve learned to look at myself and my ADHD with more acceptance and kindness. I now feel I have a solid foundation to keep following my intuition, without constantly second-guessing myself." A.M.

As a coach, I combine professional training with lived experience to create a safe, empathetic, and structured space for growth. My approach is rooted in mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), existential psychology, and ADHD coaching tools, which I adapt to each client’s needs.

I work with individuals who want to:

-develop self-acceptance and reduce self-criticism,

-create healthier relationships with their minds, bodies, and nervous systems,

-manage technology and social media use in ways that support focus and wellbeing,

-clarify their values and define a personal why to sustain motivation,

-build practical strategies to navigate the challenges of ADHD in everyday life.

Clients often describe my style as calm, attentive, and empowering, with a focus on both practical strategies and deeper meaning-making. I believe that ADHD is not only a challenge but also a doorway to discovering creativity, resilience, and authenticity.

My ultimate goal is to help clients move from self-doubt to self-trust, from distraction to meaningful engagement, and from overwhelm to living a life guided by values and purpose.
