Jamie Blume, MPH, ACCG, PCC, PCAC

I coach teens, young adults, and parents struggling with ADHD and other life issues as they navigate the challenges on the road toward adulthood. I help my clients understand their unique brain wiring, realize their abilities, strengths, and passions; create authentic and healthy relationships; understand the consequences of their actions and take accountability for these choices; break down overwhelming tasks into manageable goals; and learn how to live a life in line with their values.

I also support my client's parents through all stages of their child's treatment and help them navigate their own parallel process. I bring curiosity, respect, empathy, and a commitment to speaking the truth. I support my clients and their parents in this moment along their way toward forward action.

Client Testimonial

"Thank you again for all you do for our daughter. I know she has gotten this far because of the work you have done with her. For that I am eternally grateful. I know she's in a much better place than she was this summer and, because of your work together, can start moving to being more independent and an agent of change in her life"

As a certified ADHD and life coach, I support teens, young adults, and parents as they navigate the complexities and rewards of ADHD. I create an open, positive environment to nurture understanding and compassion. I help my clients develop the tools necessary to confidently manage their distractions, hyperactivity, overwhelm, procrastination, and impulsivity. Together, we identify, acknowledge, and reinforce strengths while building skills for growth and forward action. My clients discover that success lies within them as they face and overcome their challenges. We then engage family to create safe places for growth and support.

Does someone in your family lack motivation? Are they paralyzed by decisions? Do they struggle to find structure? Are their strengths overshadowed by a lack of confidence and self-compassion? I can help clients focus on what they do well, learn to quiet their inner critic, and create strategies for change.  Together we will create solutions, discover who they are, and who they want to be.
