Hello! I am a South Carolina based ADHD coach working with clients across the globe.  I am here to help those impacted by ADHD, diagnosed or not, and my approach is focused on unlocking your creative potential.

Some of my favorite brains in the world have ADHD, and I see them do amazing things every day. Coaching is a dynamic, collaborative process that can also be a lot of fun.

Client Testimonial

"I can't say enough good things about Jane Schwartz's work as an ADHD coach. She's helped me through everything from major career transitions to figuring out how to get through my weekly to-do list; because of Jane I'm actually ahead of schedule on filing my taxes for the first time in my life, and feeling confident enough to take on more challenges both creatively and professionally. If, like me, you've been diagnosed later in life with ADHD or simply need an accountability partner to help you stay on top of what matters to you, I highly recommend reaching out to Jane."
