Client Testimonial

"Jenn is the absolute best! She is so understanding and has a coaching style that is non-judgemental and collaborative. She really worked to create the best possible experience for me by helping me find solutions on my own that worked for me, not simply giving me a generic route. Over the months we worked together, I really saw a positive change in my organizational, time management, and project management skills and because of what I learned from Jenn, I know I will continue to grow as a person. Thank you so much!"
- Genevieve D, College Student

What sets us apart is our unique blend of college coaching and ADHD expertise. Our college coaches are not only well-versed in ADHD but also bring extensive experience as current and former Academic Advisors, Career Services staff and Campus Life administrators. We also specialize in educating our clients on using Mindfulness and Mediation to help with overwhelm and anxiety.  Jennifer specializes in guiding high school students as they prepare for college and adults up to their 50s.

In addition to our one-on-one coaching services, we offer a community/group coaching model. This service is included with our one-on-one coaching packages, or it can be purchased separately at a discounted rate.

We meet with clients online all over North America. For in-person coaching, Jennifer will coach clients in her Paramus, NJ office.
